The actual
recipe:--
50 GRAMS
FENUGREEK ,
25 GRAMS CAROM SEEDS ,
10 GRAMS
BLACK CUMIN SEEDS
Preparation:--
The above
ingredients MUST be electronically weighed, as getting the proportion right is
very important. Each ingredient has to be roasted dry on very slow fire
separately. Then they have to be cooled, mixed and powdered and stored in a
transparent bottle.
Directions:--
1 small
teaspoon every day before bedtime with hot water.
